GroupCalendar

This is a recommended addon which will allow you to view, sign up for and track guild events such as instance runs, raid events and meetings. I have tried both GEM (Guild Event Manager) and this and have concluded that GroupCalendar is much better in terms of interface and ease of use. Do check it out.
